#Hashtag sponsored and new trends

What’s the hashtag? A word that is becoming more and more common, but if there is still some traditionalist who is not familiar with social terminology, let’s clarify that the hashtag is a kind of category, a keyword that is used in social networks to group topics and interact with users who do not know each other, who can virtually meet thanks to common interests.

The latest news, which you may have heard about, is that on the occasion of the Festival della Canzone Italiana, for the first time ever in the history of Twitter, the hashtag #Sanremo2017 included the logo of the official sponsor of the event.
Certainly there was no lack of criticism from the purists of the network, who found themselves forced to associate their comments to a commercial brand. On the other hand, for the Californian company, which has been suffering lately compared to the past, this could be an opportunity to relaunch itself in the market through a new corporate strategy to increase revenue, since it will certainly not be an episode limited to the reality of Sanremo.

There are some general directives useful to increase, through hashtags, the number of followers, for example using those created for this purpose, in particular: on Twitter on Friday #FF (or #FollowFriday), while to be used on Instagram #instafollow, #like4like, #tagforlikes and #followback.

It can also be useful to use, without exaggeration, some of the most popular hashtags, which allow you to create links with other unknown users. It’s important to interact with comments and likes on other profiles’ images, this too often leads to reciprocate.
Do not leave out the time of publication, it seems that according to the Huffington Post, there are three times when users focus on Instagram: 14.00, 17.00 and 22.00. Use the hashtag also in the short description of your personal profile and don’t forget photos and videos, which are a great attraction and encourage sharing.
